How To Get The Job

  • Working at a camp is the most important job you will probably ever have, because you are entrusted with the care of other people’s children. Show us that you are worthy of this level of responsibility.
  • We do the majority of our communication regarding hiring via email. If you are serious about a position at MKDC we expect you to respond to us promptly. We won’t bother chasing you.
  • Warning: Camp is no ordinary place, so we aren’t looking for ordinary people. All that crazy personality you usually try to hide in an interview? Bring it out and let it shine.
