The New Camper Clause: If your child is not a happy camper at the end of their first day, and this continues on the second day, we will give you a full & complete refund.
We offer our Happy Camper Clause Guarantee to ensure our programs are the best fit for your child and family. Obtaining a refund under this policy deactivates your account, preventing your family from attending other Maple Key programs in the future.
What’s the catch?
No catch. We do, however, believe in working to resolve issues rather than avoid them, so we require that you communicate any concerns after your first day so that we have the opportunity do what we can to rectify the situation on the second day. If, after a second day, we are not able to win you over, we will happily refund your registration fee.

Why the first & second day?
We believe in making sure that every child’s experience at camp is amazing and meaningful. We can’t make changes if we don’t know a problem exists – so communicating with us as soon as possible is the best recipe for success.
The second day is our opportunity to resolve any issues, and so we need your cooperation by coming back and giving us another shot.
Your continued attendance on the 3rd day to us is an indication that you are happy with our program. No refunds will be issued after that point.

How often do families use your guarantee?
Not often at all! It’s only been used a handful of times, but it’s there so that those who don’t feel that our program is the right fit can exit gracefully without feeling stuck.
