Lunch Options

Please note we provide healthy snacks twice daily (morning and afternoon) as part of our lunch program. So if you’re on the lunch program… no packing lunches in the morning! (Campers are of course free to bring their own snacks if they choose, as long as they are nut free).

* Please note that missed lunches due to absence cannot be refunded.

Last Minute Lunches – Running late? We’ll take care of it. Just let us know during drop off and your child will be added to our lunch list.

Forgotten Lunches – Counsellors will check that all campers who are not on the lunch program have their lunches first thing in the morning. If a lunch has been forgotten we will automatically add them to the lunch program for that day and add a daily rate charge to your account.

Snacks – Our snack program primarily exists so that families who are taking advantage of our lunch program do not need to still pack snacks (that would be silly!) However, our number one concern is the well being of our campers, so we will ALWAYS feed a camper who is hungry, regardless of whether they are on the lunch program or not. We also operate under the assumption that if a camper is not on the lunch program, then their parents would prefer that they eat the food they were sent with. To avoid unnecessary waste and simplify the process, here is our procedure for snacks:

Morning Snack – We will automatically provide snacks in the AM to our lunch program campers – other campers will eat what they brought from home. Counsellors will check that all campers have enough to eat.

Afternoon Snack – Snacks will be provided to all campers automatically unless they have items remaining from their lunch. (A snack that is part of theme activities will always be given to everyone.)
